I think about as the year comes to an end about the next and wonders what's in store for the year to come and of course think about my regrets and should of's from the year before and as I sat thinking about 2009 and what I want out of it or what I would like to do different this year My #1 resolution for 2009 is to spend more quality time and be more of a patient mom to them. I love them so much but I know I let everyday stresses get in my way of a good attitude and sometimes I sit on the computer too long, or get rapped up in cleaning or cooking instead of playing on the floor building blocks, playing dress up or just paying attention to them. My #2 resolution is to be thankful more for the things I have and not worry so much at what I don't have or what someone else has that I don't. This is something I struggle with and need to work on. I am a blessed person and have two healthy girls and a very kind and funny husband who loves me inspite of all my weeknesses and is working hard to put food on our table. I have wonderful friends and a great family (in laws and all) and the gospel. I have nothing to complain about when I look at these perspectives. Why am I writing a novel on my blog? I just wanted to write down my goals so I have them documented and wanted to wish all of you a Happy New Year. May 2009 bring all of you good health, happiness, and whatever you heart desires.

Those are great goals! I loved this posting! I also loved those pictures of you guys at Sundance-what awesome pictures!
Happy New Year!
Yay! Now we can be blogging buddies. And then maybe you can forgive me for being such a bad neighbor. :) I promise I had big plans for joint walks and play dates.
I love your resolutions. it made me want to make some of the same ones. But I can't imagine you getting stressed -you're such a sweet person and mommy to your girls! But if you ever need a vacation to relieve some stress, Australia is the best place! Remember, free photos for life.... ;)
Happy New Year. Hope this year is great for your family.
