2 months

I can't believe Kira is 2 months already. She is such a wonderful addition to our family.
She is smiling some now, is such a cuddlier, hates her cradle and just wants to sleep with mommy, hates to be put down at all, but gives such cute looks and faces its hard to want to sometimes. She weighs 10 pds and is 20 inches long. She is a shorty. We love you Kira

Halloween

Halloween was a little crazy this year. On thursday Kira was admitted to the hospital cause she was running a high fever and was dehydrated. Later to find out she had strep and a viral infection. And yes due to what most people have been told a baby under 1 can have strep. I was told otherwise when I got strep when she was 3 weeks. Anyway I had to stay with her in Pediatrics and luckily Mike was home to entertain the girls. I was worried about missing Halloween cause brooke and sydney were really excited this year about halloween but Kira got out of the hospital Sat morning so I got to see the girls in action. They loved trick or treating this year and Kira is doing much better on antibotics.

Kira's Blessing

Kira was blessed on the 25th. We blessed her at home with family. We are so lucky to have this sweet little spirit in our lives.

One crazy month

Kira is a month old today and in that month we have been very sleep deprived, I have had strep throat, allergic reaction to medication, breast infection, trips to the hospital everyday for a week to check jaudice levels, days and nights mixed up with kira (getting a little better on that one) and stomach bugs, and lots of loving on this little girl. We are so happy she is apart of our family and love her so much. She loves to be held and cuddled.

We have been busy with getting adjusted to being a family of five now. Kira sleeps most of the day and not so much at night so we mainly me is tired at all times but wouldn't trade it for anything. She is so sweet. On Sunday we took a drive up Hobble Creek Canyon which is right in our back yard (5 min away) and it was so beautiful with all the fall leaves. I just love fall in Utah.

Kira Madison Constantine

Kira is here and was born on 9/24/09 at 10:42 am. She weighed 6 lbs 13 oz and was 19.5 inches long. She had a rough go on things in the beginning but after a couple of days recovered and is home with us after spending all her time in the Special Care Unit until she got to go home Saturday night and now just being the cutest little newborn. It is definitely different with 3 now but we wouldn't have it any other way. More pictures on their way we didn't get to take hardly any in the hospital since she was taken away right after birth and hooked up to all the machines but we will make up for it in the next couple of weeks. The girls love Kira and always want to hold her or help feed her it's really cute.
